💰 Compensation:
P3: Up to 27 Lacs (5-8 years of experience)
P4: Up to 36 Lacs (8-12 years of experience) – Technically strong candidates preferred
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust backend applications using Java Core, Spring Boot, and Hibernate ☕️
Design and implement REST APIs for high-volume clients, ensuring scalability and performance. 📈
Collaborate in an Agile environment to enhance software development and testing practices. 🔄
Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to manage data efficiently. 🗄️
Utilize version control systems like Git to track changes and collaborate effectively. 🔧
Integrate and manage asynchronous messaging systems like Kafka for reliable communication. 📬
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus for seamless project management. 📊
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 🎓
Strong experience with Java 8 or later and web services (SOAP). 💻
Knowledge of the financial industry is a bonus! 💰
Experience with open-source frameworks and contributions is a plus. 🌍
