💼 Experience Levels & Budget:
- B2 (6-7.6 yrs): Up to 22 LPA (40% max hike from CCTC or B2 budget, whichever is lower)
- B3 (7.6-11 yrs): Up to 30 LPA (40% max hike from CCTC or B3 budget, whichever is lower)
- C1 (11-16 yrs with architect experience): Up to 40 LPA (40% max hike from CCTC or C1 budget, whichever is lower)
